Best AI Dialers in 2026: An Honest, Criteria Based Comparison

Compare the best AI dialers in 2026 including RizzDial, Orum, Nooks, Kixie and Five9. See published pricing, minimums and a buyer test you can run yourself.

Quick answer

There is no single best AI dialer. It depends on whether you need reps dialing faster, a staffed call center running predictive campaigns, or an AI voice agent that can talk and book on its own. Below we sort common use cases to specific tools, then give you a repeatable test to run before you sign a contract with anyone.

Quick picks by use case

These picks come from published features and pricing, not a paid placement. Pick the row that matches how your team actually works, not the tool with the flashiest demo.

  • Sales teams with an SDR floor: look at Orum or Nooks. Both are built around parallel dialing, so a rep can work several lines at once, plus AI coaching on live calls. See our guide to AI dialers for sales teams.
  • Staffed call centers: Readymode is built for predictive dialing across a call center floor. Five9 fits the same job at 50 or more seats, where you also want a broader contact center stack.
  • Simple single line power dialing: PhoneBurner is a straightforward power dialer for one rep or a small team that does not need an AI voice agent.
  • An all in one phone system for a small or mid size business: JustCall and Aircall both combine a business phone system with a power dialer, plus an optional AI voice agent add on.
  • CRM first teams: Close bundles calling into the CRM itself, so your dialer and your pipeline are the same product.
  • Solo agency owners and GoHighLevel agencies: RizzDial has a direct GoHighLevel integration, white label delivery for agencies, and talk time billing instead of a flat seat fee. See our guide for GoHighLevel agencies.
  • Service businesses that need an AI agent answering and calling: RizzDial and JustCall both offer an AI voice agent option alongside rep dialing. Compare what each charges per minute before you commit.

What actually counts as an AI dialer

The label gets used for three different things, and mixing them up is how teams end up buying the wrong tool.

  • Faster dialing with AI detection: the dialer still just connects a rep to a number, but it uses machine detection to skip voicemail and dead air faster. Most power and predictive dialers fall into this dialer category.
  • AI assistance for reps: the rep still talks, but the AI listens in, suggests next lines, takes notes, or coaches the rep after the call ends.
  • Autonomous AI voice agents: the AI itself talks to the person on the other end of the line, with no rep required. This is what we mean when we talk about an AI dialer at RizzDial.

If you want a developer first voice agent platform where your own team builds the surrounding application, read our Vapi alternatives page instead. That is a different buying decision from a packaged dialer.

The buyer test: run this before you sign

Every vendor's demo looks good. Run these tests yourself during a trial week before you sign anything.

  1. Voicemail detection test. Call 20 numbers you already know go to voicemail. Time the dead air between pickup and the handoff to a rep or a prerecorded message.
  2. Voice AI interruption test. If you are testing an AI voice agent, interrupt it mid sentence on a test call and see how cleanly it recovers.
  3. Cost per conversation math. Work out the real cost of a connected conversation, not the sticker price. RizzDial bills AI talk time at 6 to 20 cents per minute, so a 2 minute call at 10 cents a minute costs 20 cents for that one call. For a seat based tool, do the same math per seat: as an illustration only, a $165 per month seat used for 400 connects in a month works out to about 41 cents per connect, before you even count a rep's hourly cost.
  4. CRM write back test. Confirm that call outcomes, recordings and notes land in the right fields in your CRM automatically, not through a manual export.
  5. Caller ID and spam label check. Call your own cell phone from the number the tool will dial from and check whether it shows up as spam or unknown.
  6. Compliance controls. Ask how the tool handles consent, calling hours and do not call lists. See our page on TCPA compliant dialing for the questions worth asking.
  7. Minimum seats and contract terms. Ask what the minimum commitment is, what happens if you need to cancel, and whether pricing is monthly or billed annually.
  8. Support response time test. Open a real support ticket during your trial and time how long the first useful reply takes.

RizzDial

RizzDial combines AI voice and texting agents with power, predictive and parallel dialing, billed on AI talk time rather than a flat seat fee: 6 to 20 cents per minute, talk time only, so a 2 minute call at 10 cents a minute costs 20 cents. It runs its own speech to speech voice engine for low latency and natural sounding voices, and also lets you bring your own Vapi account, your own Retell account or your own LLM. It has direct carrier access to AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile, built in iMessage, a direct GoHighLevel integration, and white label delivery for agencies that want to resell it. Proprietary voicemail detection runs in 0.66 milliseconds, and the product is rated 5 out of 5 on G2. Watch for: if you only need a basic single line power dialer for one rep and no AI agent, a simpler tool may be enough, and plan pricing beyond the published talk time rate is shared on a demo rather than listed on a page.

Orum

Orum is a parallel dialer built for SDR teams, with an AI Dialer that can place unlimited dials across multiple lines plus AI coaching and roleplay tools for reps. It fits sales teams with an SDR floor that lives or dies on connect volume. Pricing is quoted through Ascend and Ascend Limited plans rather than published, and its plans page states a minimum of 9 seats, so it is not built for a single rep.

Nooks

Nooks pairs an AI dialer with AI prospecting, AI coaching and multichannel sequencing, aimed at the same SDR floor use case as Orum. It fits teams that want prospecting and sequencing bundled with the dialer rather than bought as separate tools. Pricing is not published, so you will need to request a quote and compare it against Orum directly for your team size.

Kixie

Kixie is a power dialer with single line and multi line calling, AI conversation intelligence, and native integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce. It fits teams that want a straightforward rep dialer tied closely to their existing CRM rather than an AI voice agent. Watch for: plan prices were not shown publicly on its pricing page at the time we checked, so get a written quote before comparing it against the other tools here. See our RizzDial vs Kixie comparison for more detail.

Readymode

Readymode is a predictive dialer built for staffed call centers running outbound campaigns at volume. It fits teams with dedicated agents and a supervisor, not a single rep working their own list. Pricing is published at $199 per license per month for Starter and $249 for iQ, both billed annually, with monthly rates of $239 and $299. See our RizzDial vs Readymode comparison if you are weighing a call center predictive dialer against an AI voice agent.

PhoneBurner

PhoneBurner is a single line power dialer with unlimited calling, and an AI note taker on its Premium plan. It fits a solo rep or a small team that wants simple power dialing without the complexity of an AI voice agent or a call center platform. Published pricing runs from $140 per user per month on Standard to $183 on Premium, all billed annually, with monthly rates up to $215. Watch for: its pricing page does not list an autonomous AI voice agent, so if you want AI talking to leads directly, confirm that with PhoneBurner or look elsewhere on this list.

JustCall

JustCall is an all in one business phone system with power and predictive dialers, plus an AI Voice Agent billed by usage with volume discounts down to 15 cents per minute. It fits small and mid size businesses that want phone, text and an optional AI agent in one product. Published seat pricing runs from $29 to $89 per user per month billed annually, with a custom Business plan above that.

Five9

Five9 is an enterprise contact center platform with AI agents built in, priced at $119 for Digital and $159 for Core per concurrent seat per month, with higher tiers by quote. It fits larger staffed operations, not small teams, since its plans require a minimum of 50 seats. Watch for: the entry price and seat minimum together mean this is a meaningful commitment before you have tested fit.

Aircall

Aircall is an all in one phone system with a power dialer on its Professional plan and an AI Voice Agent available as an add on starting at a $100 per month minimum. It fits small and mid size teams that want a business phone system first and a dialer second. Published seat pricing is $30 for Essentials and $50 for Professional per license per month.

Close

Close is a CRM with calling built in, where the Growth plan adds a power dialer and the Scale plan adds a predictive dialer. It fits teams that want their pipeline and their dialer to be the same product instead of stitching two tools together. Published list pricing runs from $19 per user per month for Solo to $149 for Scale, though promotional pricing is sometimes available.

How we scored

We weighed six criteria to build the picks above: connect speed and voicemail detection at 25 percent, voice AI quality at 20 percent, cost per conversation at 20 percent, CRM and workflow fit at 15 percent, compliance and caller ID health at 10 percent, and contract terms and minimums at 10 percent. RizzDial's figures are confirmed by our own team. Every competitor fact in this piece comes from that vendor's own public pricing or features page, not from a hands on benchmark we ran ourselves, so treat this as a starting point rather than a verdict. Run the buyer test above on your own call list before you commit budget to any of these tools. Frequently asked questions

What is the best AI dialer?

There is no single best AI dialer for every team. The right one depends on whether you need reps dialing faster, a staffed call center running predictive campaigns, or an AI voice agent that can talk to leads on its own. Match the tool to your use case using the picks above, then run the buyer test on your own call list before you sign anything.

What is the difference between an AI dialer and a power dialer?

A power dialer calls numbers one after another and keeps a rep on every call. An AI dialer usually adds machine detection, such as faster voicemail detection, and in some products an autonomous AI voice agent that can hold a conversation without a rep at all. Three types exist in practice: faster dialing with AI detection, AI assistance for reps during a call, and autonomous AI voice agents that handle the call themselves.

How much does an AI dialer cost?

Published pricing varies widely. Readymode lists $199 to $249 per license per month billed annually. PhoneBurner lists $140 to $183 per user per month billed annually. JustCall lists $29 to $89 per user per month plus AI Voice Agent usage pricing with volume discounts down to 15 cents per minute. Five9 lists $119 and $159 per concurrent seat per month with a minimum of 50 seats. Aircall lists $30 and $50 per license per month, with its AI Voice Agent starting at a $100 per month minimum. Close lists $19 to $149 per user per month. RizzDial bills AI talk time at 6 to 20 cents per minute, talk time only, with full plan pricing shared on a demo. Orum and Nooks do not publish pricing and quote on request.

Which AI dialer works with GoHighLevel?

RizzDial has a direct GoHighLevel integration that our own team built and maintains. We have not independently verified GoHighLevel support for the other tools in this comparison, so confirm it directly with each vendor and ask to see the integration live before you buy.

Is an AI dialer legal and TCPA compliant?

This is general information, not legal advice. Outbound calling and texting in the United States is generally governed by the TCPA, state calling hour rules, and do not call lists, and those rules apply whether a human or an AI agent is on the line. Ask any vendor how consent, calling hours and do not call handling work in their product, and confirm your own compliance program with a qualified attorney. See our page on TCPA compliant dialing for the questions worth asking.

Can I bring my own Vapi or Retell agent?

With RizzDial, yes. RizzDial supports bringing your own Vapi account, your own Retell account, or your own LLM alongside its own speech to speech voice engine. Ask other vendors directly whether they support a bring your own agent model, since that varies by product.

What is the best AI dialer for real estate?

It depends on the same criteria as any other team: connect speed and voicemail detection, voice AI quality if you want an AI agent calling leads, cost per conversation, and how well the tool fits your CRM. RizzDial fits agents and teams that want AI voice and texting agents alongside rep dialing; see our real estate dialer page for the specifics. Run the buyer test above on your own lead list before deciding.
